Great communication throughout the process of a new home inspection. I am relocating from out of state. Dan was able to meet with the builder and perform the inspection. He created a very detailed report that will be forwarded to the builder for repairs.

Dan's an awesome guy. I've dealt with a half dozen or so home inspectors in my life, and Dan's by far the best. He's very thorough, knows what he's talking about, and in addition is extremely down to Earth and willing to talk through everything with you. Very different from a lot of inspectors who don't want to see or talk to you and just want money for an abstract report. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. Good price too.
