Dan at Northshore was fantastic to work with for my home inspection. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything he did on site. The report was very detailed, but walking the home with Dan is where I really learned how knowledgeable he is and how much he truly cared. I like that Dan is fully transparent and didn't sugar coat anything, so that I really knew what I was getting. I would recommend Dan to anyone I know.

My inspector was Mr.Dan Gregory. He was professional, efficient, thorough, and kind. He walked me through each step of the process and gave a detailed report (where he went in depth explaining what he found and why it's wrong). I couldn't have been happier with the service !

Mr. Gregory was amazing! Very thorough and attentive. Went through everything with me after the fact and made sure I was confident and knew what everything was and who to contact for repair. He was very considerate with the house he even had in door and outdoor shoes! Would 100% recommend and will be calling him for all home inspection needs.
